Delivery Guarantee: All orders will be delivered within 30 days of placement. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund with no questions asked.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, sales events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times for domestic orders are 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and timelines vary by destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. KALMĒ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
